With a background in human resources and a career rooted in local government, I’ve seen the impact that great leadership can have on teams, organizations, and communities. I started Linkt Coaching to help public sector leaders grow with intention - because when leaders thrive, communities do too.

I bring strategic insight, practical experience, and a coaching approach that’s both compassionate and direct. I’m known for my ability to shed light on untapped strengths and turn insight into impact.

I’m a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and I’ve supported leaders through it all - from hiring the best people for their teams and navigating tricky performance and labour relations, to strategizing policy development that will make the right impact. And the most important thing I’ve learned and taught leaders over the years? You’re no good to anyone if you’re no good to yourself.
